Home Generator Services of Virginia began in 2010 with one tech, one van, and a simple idea: standby generators shouldn't be a luxury that only works when the weather is nice. Fifteen years later we've installed and serviced thousands of units across the City of Richmond and Henrico, Hanover, Goochland, Louisa, Spotsylvania, Albemarle, Fluvanna, New Kent, King William, Chesterfield, Powhatan, Charles City, Caroline, Orange, King & Queen, and Essex counties.
We're still a lean, tech-forward local crew. We never grew into a call center. We never started outsourcing service to subcontractors. The person who picks up the phone is the person who shows up at your door.
That means we're accountable: to you, to each other, and to the work. If something isn't right, you won't hear "that's not our department." You'll hear "we're on it."
